Investment Managers definition

Investment Managers. The organizations that manage and direct the investment activities of Investment Funds or are retained to manage and invest designated portions of the Fund's assets.
Investment Managers means the entities whose names appear in Section 2 of this Prospectus, each of which has been appointed to manage the investment and re-investment of the assets of the relevant Sub-Fund at its discretion in any security or other investment.
Investment Managers means investment advisers (which may include the Adviser) who enter into advisory agreements to manage a designated portfolio of investments for the Company or who manage Investment Funds in which one or more Series have invested.

  • In the event of the death, declination, resignation, retirement, removal, or incapacity of all the then Trustees within a short period of time and without the opportunity for at least one Trustee being able to appoint additional Trustees to replace those no longer serving, the Trust’s Investment Manager(s) are empowered to appoint new Trustees subject to the provisions of Section 16(a) of the 1940 Act.

Investment Managers means the managers of the underlying investments.
