Investor Capital definition

Investor Capital means the aggregate of (i) equity pursuant to the latest financial report of the Issuer and (ii) any amounts contributed in the form of Junior Fund Units;
Investor Capital or “Investment Capital” means any Capital Contributions made by the Members.
Investor Capital means, at any time, the then aggregate "Capital" of all "Eligible Assets" purchased and outstanding at such time under or pursuant to the Investor Agreement.

  • As of any date, the Initial Investor Capital reduced by any Redemptions, other than Redemptions intended to qualify as a liquidity event for purposes of this Agreement, and by any other Distributions on or prior to such date determined by the Board to be from Cash from Sales and Financings.

  • The return requirement will be deemed satisfied if the total Distributions paid by the Company have satisfied the Preferred Return requirement and the Market Value of the Company equals or exceeds Adjusted Investor Capital.

  • Neither the Administrative Agent nor any Secured Party shall be deemed to make at any time any representation or warranty as to the validity of any Investor Capital Call nor shall the Administrative Agent or the Secured Parties be accountable for any Borrower Party’s use of the proceeds of any Investor Capital Contribution.

  • Neither the Manager nor any other Managing Person shall be required or shall have any personal liability to fund any or all of any negative Capital Account of any Investor, including without limitation Investor Capital Contributions.
