Investor Commitment definition

Investor Commitment means an unexpired written commitment held by the Seller from an Approved Investor to buy Purchased Loans, and that specifies (a) the type or item(s) of Purchased Loan, (b) a purchase date or purchase deadline date and (c) a purchase price or the criteria by which the purchase price will be determined.
Investor Commitment means any commitment of a person to purchase Loans from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Investor Commitment means the optional or mandatory written commitment of the Company to sell to any Person, and a Person to purchase from the Company, a Pipeline Loan, a Mortgage Loan or an interest therein owned, to be acquired or in the process of closing by the Company; provided, that when used in the context of, or in reference to, a particular Pipeline Loan or Mortgage Loan or ownership interest therein, “Investor Commitment” means only the applicable commitment(s).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything herein or otherwise to the contrary, no Investor shall be obligated to fund any portion of its Maximum Investor Commitment unless the Closing occurs substantially simultaneously with such funding.

The term “Jumbo Mortgage Loan” does not include Agency Mortgage Loans, Government Mortgage Loans, RHS Mortgage Loans or State Bond Mortgage Loans. “Legal Requirement” means any law, statute, ordinance, decree, ruling, treaty, requirement, order, judgment, rule or regulation (or interpretation of any of them), including any of the foregoing that relate to environmental standards or controls, energy regulations and occupational safety and health standards or controls, of any (domestic or foreign) court or other Governmental Authority, and the terms of any license, permit, consent or approval issued by any Governmental Authority.
