Investor Majority Consent definition

Investor Majority Consent means the prior written consent of the Investor Majority;
Investor Majority Consent means Series A Majority Consent, Series B Majority Consent and Series C Majority Consent;
Investor Majority Consent means the approval in writing (or by email) of those shareholders holding seventy five per cent (75%) or more of the Shares from time to time;

  • These terms of reference may be amended only with [the prior written consent of the Board and] Investor Majority Consent.

More Definitions of Investor Majority Consent

Investor Majority Consent means, subject to limbs 1 – 3 of this definition below, the prior written consent of the holders of (i) at least sixty five per cent (65%) in nominal value of the Series A Shares; (ii) at least sixty-five per cent (65%) in nominal value of the Series B Shares and the Series B-2 Shares voting as if they constituted one and the same class; and (iii) at least a majority in nominal value of the Series C Shares, save that:
