New Articles definition

New Articles means the new articles of association of the Company in the agreed form to be adopted on or prior to Completion as amended or superseded from time to time;
New Articles means the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, in form and substance to be agreed upon by the Company, the Purchaser, the Selling Shareholder, other existing shareholders (together with the Selling Shareholder, the “Existing Shareholders”) of the Company and certain other parties thereto.
New Articles means the memorandum and articles of association of the Issuer in the form annexed to the proxy statement for special meeting of stockholders of Alkuri Global Acquisition Corp. dated 21 October 2021.
