At any time if the Company proposes to register any of its Common Stock under the Securities Act pursuant to Section 2(a) of the Investor RRA, it will each such time give prompt written notice to each Shareholder of its intention to do so at least twenty days prior to the anticipated filing date of the registration statement relating to such registration.
