Invited Signatories definition

Invited Signatories is defined in 36 CFR § 800.6(c)(2), and “Concurring Party” is defined in 36 CFR § 800.6(c)(3); and

  • Notice to Signatories, Invited Signatories, and Concurring Parties will be made through direct written notice.

  • The amendment will be effective on the date a copy signed by all of the Signatories and Invited Signatories is filed with the ACHP.

  • The FAA will share with all Signatories and Invited Signatories the comments of the others.

  • In such situations, the other Federal Agency shall notify the Signatories in writing of its intent to use this Agreement to achieve compliance with its Section 106 requirements, and consult with the Signatories and Invited Signatories regarding its Section 106 compliance responsibilities.

  • Signatories and Invited Signatories to this PA may terminate it by providing a sixty (60) calendar day notice to the other parties, provided that the parties shall consult during the period prior to the termination to seek agreement on amendments or other actions that shall avoid termination.

  • Prior to reaching a final decision on the dispute, the USACE shall prepare a written response that takes into account any timely advice or comments regarding the dispute from the ACHP, Signatories, and Invited Signatories, and provide them with a copy of this written response.

  • This Agreement may then be amended when agreed to in writing by all Signatories and Invited Signatories, becoming effective on the date that the amendment is executed by the ACHP as the last Signatory.
