Invoice Payment Obligation definition
Invoice Payment Obligation means a Debtor’s obligation to pay the Invoice Face Value under a Receivable sold to Payplant.

Upon the occurrence of any of the events listed in Section 16(A) above, Client shall pay to Payplant within three (3) Business Days, the full amount of (i) the credit adjustment made or claimed by the Debtor against the Debtor’s Invoice Payment Obligation, or (as applicable) (ii) the Face Value of the Purchased Receivable for which is substitute or corrected Invoice has been issued.
