Invoiced Amounts definition

Invoiced Amounts shall have the meaning specified in Paragraph 3(b)(i)
Invoiced Amounts is defined in Section 9.3.2.
Invoiced Amounts means the BD Fee amounts indicated on an Invoice that has been uploaded into XxxXxx.
