Invoiced Debt definition

Invoiced Debt the gross amount (including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and other sums invoiced, including any applicable VAT and other taxes), that:

Examples of Invoiced Debt in a sentence

  • For every 0.25% change in the Bank of England Base Rate from the Effective Date, the Early Payment Rebate will be adjusted in the same direction as the Bank of England Base Rate change by 0.25% multiplied by the number of days an Invoiced Debt is paid early divided by 365 days.

  • For any undisputed Invoiced Debt, the Calculation Trigger Date shall be the date the relevant invoice is received by the Corporation, such date being the date recorded in the Corporation’s accounts payable system as the registration date.
