Invoicing Currency definition

Invoicing Currency means the currency that NAVITAIRE uses in preparation of monthly Customer invoices. The Invoicing Currency for this Agreement is USD.
Invoicing Currency means the currency in which the Event Partner or Seller issues the invoice.

Examples of Invoicing Currency in a sentence

  • All payments made under this Agreement shall be made in the Invoicing Currency either: (a) by electronic funds transfer, prepaid, to the bank account designated on the invoice; or (b) by check drawn on a United States bank and delivered to the address indicated on the invoice.

  • Where the Invoicing Currency under this CPA including any of its Schedules differs from the currency associated with any given Cloud Provider Account, the Broker shall convert the amounts payable by the Customer into the Invoicing Currency by applying the relevant exchange rate published by an independent third party chosen by the Broker, acting reasonably, at the time it prepares the invoice.
