Invoicing Procedures definition

Invoicing Procedures means the Invoicing Procedures set out in Part Four of Schedule 1 of this Agreement. "Legal or Regulatory Change" means any change in Applicable Law which does or may affect AIG, or the provision of the services hereunder and/or this Agreement.
Invoicing Procedures means those procedures set out in Appendix 9 (Invoicing Procedures);

Examples of Invoicing Procedures in a sentence

  • Invoicing Procedures Contractor shall invoice the County in accordance with the schedule of payment in Section II.A.1 above.

  • The Subgrantee will invoice the City for payment under this Agreement in accordance with the Invoicing Procedures identified in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
