Invoicing Procedures definition

Invoicing Procedures means the Invoicing Procedures set out in Part Four of Schedule 1 of this Agreement. "Legal or Regulatory Change" means any change in Applicable Law which does or may affect AIG, or the provision of the services hereunder and/or this Agreement.
Invoicing Procedures means those procedures set out in Appendix 9 (Invoicing Procedures);

  • Invoices related to this grant agreement shall be completed in accordance with the Commission’s most current Invoicing Procedures for the Provision of Transportation and Capital Equipment.

Related to Invoicing Procedures

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures for the solicitation and submission of bids for a sale, reorganization, or other disposition of Sellers or all or substantially all of their assets approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.
