IP Documentation definition

IP Documentation means all Intellectual Property Rights prosecution files, registration certificates, litigation files, and related opinions of counsel and correspondence relating thereto.
IP Documentation means all prosecution files and registration certificates in the physical possession of Sellers. “ISA” means the Iran and Libya Sanctions Act of 1996, as amended and renamed the Iran Sanctions Act of 2006. “Know-How” has the meaning set forth in the definition ofIntellectual Property Rights”.
IP Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12 hereof.

  • Except as otherwise set forth herein, ADA and its licensors own and shall retain all right, title and interest, including all IP Rights, in and to the Licensed Technology, Additional IP, Documentation and ADA’s Trademarks.

  • An entity may have more than one IP Documentation: The applicable Licensed Software documentation made available to Customer.

  • As part of its ongoing mission to improve the Provider IP, Documentation and/or Services and customer use of the Services, Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to hereinafter make any changes to the Services, Provider IP, and/or Documentation that it deems necessary or useful.

  • For clarity, Seller shall execute, when requested, all documents as may be reasonably necessary to enable Purchaser to file, pursue, amend, maintain or abandon IP Documentation, including patents and patent applications.

  • Except for the limited rights and License expressly granted hereunder, nothing in this Agreement grants, by implication, waiver, estoppel, or otherwise, to Customer or any third party any intellectual property rights or other right, title, or interest in or to Provider IP, Documentation, Deliverables, or Services.
