IP Port definition

IP Port means the interface in the router connected to the IP Network of any supplier for IP bi-directional traffic to the Internet, which may eventually allow AOL's connection to the Internet.

  • The Company will waive the one-time installation charge for DS-3 Dedicated Access and Domestic Private IP Port Service associated with the implementation of eligible Services within the 48 contiguous United States under the SOF.

  • The installation charges for Type 3 DS-3 Access, 10 Mbps Subrate DS-3 Private IP Port and 5 Mbps Gold CAR are waived.

  • A license includes, but it not limited to, a Universal IP Port (UIP) license.

  • In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $240.00 to $1,710.00 for Type 3 DS-3 Access, 10 Mbps Subrate DS-3 Private IP Port and 5 Mbps Gold CAR at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
