IPTV Platform definition

IPTV Platform means the distribution network of an IPTV operator owned and operated by IPTV Operator which is used to re-transmit the signals of Zee Group Channels.

IPTV Platform means Internet Protocol television in which audio visual material or live television is not delivered via traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, and cable television formats but instead delivered using the Internet protocol suite over a packet-switched network such as a LAN or the Internet, in either linear or non-linear format.

  • The parties agree that on signing of this Agreement, IPTV Operator shall have the non-exclusive right to distribute the channels from its IPTV Platform Authorised Area, simultaneously upon receipt of signal along with the multiple audio feed, if any, without interruption, editing, interference or alteration, to the IPTV Operator’s authorized subscribers only, hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”, as defined in Clause 6 of this Agreement.
