IR Virtual Currency definition

IR Virtual Currency means virtual currency tokens, or other asset or right, acquired by the Trust through the exercise of any Incidental Right.
IR Virtual Currency means any virtual currency or other asset or right acquired by the Trust through the exercise (subject to Section 1.5(b) and Section 6.4(m)) of any Incidental Right.

Examples of IR Virtual Currency in a sentence

  • In the case of Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency , such Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency shall be transferred at a value to be determined in good faith by the Sponsor.

  • The Trust shall not engage in any business activity and shall not acquire or own any assets other than (i) ZEC, (ii) Incidental Rights, (iii) (if permissible under Section 1.5(b) and Section 6.4(m)) IR Virtual Currency and (iv) cash from the sale of any of the foregoing or take any of the actions set forth in Section 6.4. The Trust shall have all of the powers specified in Section 3.1 hereof as powers which may be exercised by a Sponsor on behalf of the Trust under this Trust Agreement.

  • If the Trust pays the Sponsor’s Fee in Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency, in whole or in part, the amount of ZEC that would otherwise have been used to satisfy such payment shall be correspondingly reduced.

  • In the case of Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency such Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency shall be transferred at a value to be determined in good faith by the Sponsor.

  • If the Trust pays the Additional Trust Expenses in Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency, in whole or in part, the amount of ZEC that would otherwise have been used to satisfy such payment shall be correspondingly reduced.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such activities include any lawful action necessary or desirable in connection with the Trust’s ownership of Incidental Rights, including the acquisition of IR Virtual Currency, except if such action would be prohibited by Section 1.5(b) or any other provision of this Trust Agreement.
