IR Virtual Currency definition

IR Virtual Currency means any virtual currency or other asset or right acquired by the Trust through the exercise (subject to Section 1.5(b) and Section 6.4(m)) of any Incidental Right.
IR Virtual Currency means any virtual currency or other asset or right acquired by the Trust through the exercise of any Incidental Right.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such activities include any lawful action necessary or desirable in connection with the Trust’s ownership of Incidental Rights, including the acquisition of IR Virtual Currency, except if such action would be prohibited by Section 1.5(b) or any other provision of this Trust Agreement.

  • The Trust may also receive Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency as a result of the Trust’s investment in BCH, in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement.

  • The Trust may also receive Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency as a result of the Trust’s investment in ETH, in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement.

  • Incidental Rights are rights to claim, or otherwise establish dominion and control over, any virtual currency or other asset or right, which rights are incident to the Trust’s ownership of ETH and arise without any action of the Trust, or of the Sponsor or Trustee on behalf of the Trust; IR Virtual Currency is any virtual currency tokens, or other asset or right, received by the Trust through the exercise (subject to the applicable provisions of the Trust Agreement) of any Incidental Right.

  • The Custodian is responsible for safeguarding the ETH, Incidental Rights, and IR Virtual Currency held by the Trust, and holding the private key(s) that provide access to the Trust’s digital wallets and vaults.

  • The Trust held no Incidental Rights or IR Virtual Currency as of June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022.

  • The Trust held no Incidental Rights or IR Virtual Currency as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022.

  • The Custodian is responsible for safeguarding the Bitcoin, Incidental Rights, and IR Virtual Currency held by the Trust, and holding the private key(s) that provide access to the Trust’s digital wallets and vaults.

Related to IR Virtual Currency

  • Virtual currency means a digital representation of value used as a medium of exchange, unit of account, or store of value, which does not have legal tender status recognized by the United States. The term does not include:

  • Contractual Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.5;

  • Termination Currency means United States Dollars.

  • Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14(b).

  • Original Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17.

  • National Currency means the currency, other than the Euro, of a Participating Member State.

  • First Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.15.

  • Class Currency means the currency in which a Share Class of a Fund is designated as determined by the Directors and disclosed in the Prospectus in relation to such Fund.

  • Affected Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.13.

  • Fiat Currency means currency issued by the relevant body in a country or by a government that is designated as legal tender in its country of issuance through amongst other things, government decree, regulation, or law;

  • Optional Currency means a currency (other than the Base Currency) which complies with the conditions set out in Clause 4.3 (Conditions relating to Optional Currencies).

  • Obligation Currency shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).

  • Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).

  • Available Currency means Dollars, and any other currency as the relevant Borrower, each of the relevant Revolving Credit Lenders or the relevant Term Lenders, as the case may be, and the Administrative Agent may agree to from time to time.

  • Eligible Currency means any currency other than Dollars (i) that is readily available, (ii) that is freely traded, (iii) in which deposits are customarily offered to banks in the London interbank market, (iv) that is convertible into Dollars in the international interbank market and (v) as to which a Dollar Equivalent Amount may be readily calculated. If, after the designation by the Revolving Credit Lenders of any currency as an Agreed Currency, (x) currency control or other exchange regulations are imposed in the country in which such currency is issued with the result that different types of such currency are introduced, (y) such currency is, in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent, no longer readily available or freely traded or (z) in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent, a Dollar Equivalent Amount of such currency is not readily calculable, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders and the Company, and such currency shall no longer be an Agreed Currency until such time as all of the Revolving Credit Lenders agree to reinstate such currency as an Agreed Currency and promptly, but in any event within five Business Days of receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall repay all Loans in such affected currency or convert such Loans into Loans in Dollars or another Agreed Currency, subject to the other terms set forth in Article II.

  • Applicable Currency means, as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Offshore Currency in which it is denominated or is payable.

  • Underlying Currency means the Underlying Currency as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Relevant Currency means the currency specified as such or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated;

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Balance Currency means the currency that the trading account is denominated in and all charges including spreads, commissions and swaps, are calculated in that currency.

  • Index Currency means USD.

  • Cryptocurrency means a digital or electronic medium of exchange, operating independently of a central bank, in which encryption techniques are used to regulate generation of units and to verify transfer of units from one person to another.

  • Primary Currency has the meaning specified in Section 9.11(c).

  • Base Currency means the first currency in the Currency Pair against which the Client buys or sells the Quote Currency.

  • Designated Currency shall have the same meaning assigned to it in Section 3.12.
