Irish Guaranty definition

Irish Guaranty means that certain Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity dated August 18, 2023 between Irish Guarantor, Lender and the other lenders party thereto, as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Irish Guaranty means a guaranty executed and delivered by Domestic Parent of the Indebtedness of the Subsidiary Borrower in favor of Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
