Irregular Shaped Lot definition
Irregular Shaped Lot means any Lot with a frontage width which differs by greater than thirty-five percent (35%) from the rear width of the Lot. The Board shall have the discretion to determine whether any other Lot can be considered an Irregular Shaped Lot.
