Irrevocable Offer definition

Irrevocable Offer means your irrevocable offer to enter into the Supply Contract by your signing and dating of the Quotation Document;

Irrevocable Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Irrevocable Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.

Examples of Irrevocable Offer in a sentence

• Signing of submissions shall be in the form set out in Irrevocable Offer D which shall be attached to the proposal.

• We shall accept your Irrevocable Offer and this Supply Contract shall become binding on both Parties in relation to all Supply Points on the Signature Date.

More Definitions of Irrevocable Offer

Irrevocable Offer means an irrevocable and legally binding offer by the Company made on June 21, 2008 to purchase for cash from the Investors and/or their Affiliates within ten (10) Business Days of the date on which such offer is made all of the Common Stock held by the Investors at the Market Price.

Irrevocable Offer means any of the Call I, Call II, Put and Exit Put;

Irrevocable Offer means (a) the irrevocable offer deed in respect of the Target Group entered into by the Purchaser in favour of the Sellers; and (b) the letter from the Sellers to the Purchaser by way of response;

Irrevocable Offer and variations thereof, means the Form of Irrevocable Offer attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q pursuant to which Developer irrevocably offers to City fee title to the Affordable Housing Site or parkland described therein for dedication to City (or its assignee or designee) at no cost to City in the Required Condition and on such other terms as set forth in this Agreement, including any applicable dates, deadlines or conditions precedent, and otherwise in accordance with the approved zoning permit application and other Approvals applicable to the property offered for dedication to City (or its assignee or designee) to accept in accordance with Section 5.7.
