IRU Cable definition
IRU Cable means a Cable containing one or more Fibers, constructed and owned by the City in which the DBB has an IRU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
IRU Cable means a Cable containing one or more fibers, constructed and owned by parties in which parties has an IRU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Neither Party will impose, and neither Party shall pay a fee, maintenance, or repair cost for the use of the Fiber Facilities and IRU Cable during the term of this Agreement.
