IRU Cable definition

IRU Cable means a Cable containing one or more Fibers, constructed and owned by the City in which the DBB has an IRU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
IRU Cable means a Cable containing one or more fibers, constructed and owned by parties in which parties has an IRU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
IRU Cable means a cable containing one or more fibers constructed and owned by Le Sueur County, for which BevComm has an IRU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
