  • The Services shall be deemed completed and finally accepted by the Company, and the final Report and final Statement shall be deemed approved by the Company as satisfactory, ninety(90) calendar days after their receipt by the Company, unless the Company, within such ninety (90) day period, gives written notice to the IS Consultant specifying deficiencies in the Services, the final Report and/or final Statement.

Related to IS Consultant

  • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
