ISE Holdings definition

ISE Holdings has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto. “ISE Holdings Board” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.
