  • If a Store is not able to wait for the next scheduled delivery, shortages will be remedied by Distributor and resolved at Distributor’s sole cost as quickly as possible but within a maximum of six (6) hours, except for Isolated Stores where the maximum will be twenty four (24) hours for such Stores.

  • Consumer goods or services means goods or services purchased, leased, or rented primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, including courses of instruction or training regardless of the purpose for which they are taken.
