The Israeli Sub has not and is not subject to, and no employee or consultant of the Israeli Subsidiary benefits from, any material extension order (tzavei harchave) or any general Contract or arrangement with respect to employment or termination of employment, except those extension orders that apply to all Israeli companies generally.
