Immediately following the consummation of the transactions set forth in Section 3.16, Parent shall cause ECI BV to redeem, for no consideration, all of the shares of ECI BV held by ECI Telecom LTD.
Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).

Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Telecommunications System means a system for conveying visual images, sounds or other information by electronic means;
public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;
Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.
CBOT means The Chicago Board of Trade, together with its successors and assigns.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.
Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
CME means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.
