Issuance Dates definition

Issuance Dates. Each Share in which Participant vests in accordance with the foregoing Vesting Schedule shall be issued on the date (the “Issuance Date”) on which that Share so vests or as soon thereafter as administratively practicable, but in no event later than the close of the calendar year in which such Issuance Date occurs or (if later) the fifteenth (15th) day of the third calendar month following such Issuance Date. The issuance of the Shares shall be subject to the Company’s collection of any Applicable Taxes in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 5 of this Agreement.
Issuance Dates. Each Share in which the Participant vests in accordance with the foregoing Vesting Schedule shall be issued on the date (the “Issuance Date”) on which that Share so vests or as soon thereafter as administratively practicable, but in no event later than *************. The issuance of the Shares shall be subject to the Company’s collection of any applicable Withholding Taxes in accordance the procedures set forth in Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.
Issuance Dates. The Shares in which Participant vests in accordance with the foregoing Vesting Schedule shall be issued in a lump sum on the last business day of the twelfth calendar month following the end of the Company’s tax year in which that Share vests, the (the “Issuance Date”). The issuance of the Shares shall be subject to the Company’s collection of any Applicable Taxes in accordance the procedures set forth in Paragraph 5 of this Agreement.

Examples of Issuance Dates in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, for purposes of clarification, it is hereby agreed that during each calendar month there shall be only, and the Borrower shall not be entitled to specify more than, two (2) Permitted Issuance Dates.

Related to Issuance Dates

  • Issuance Date means the date hereof.

  • Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.

  • Original Issuance Date means the date of the first issuance of this Debenture regardless of the number of transfers hereof.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Series D Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series D Preferred Stock was issued.

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;

  • Series C Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series C Preferred Stock was issued.

  • Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

  • Distribution Dates The 25th day of each month or, if such 25th day is not a business day, the next succeeding business day beginning in ___________, _____. Certificate Rating for the Certificates Being Purchased by the Underwriter:

  • Series A Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series A Preferred Stock was issued.

  • Kick-Out Dates means 10 September 2020, 10 September 2021,

  • Principal Payment Dates means, unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in each of the years from and including 2021 to and including 2022.

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • Last Original Issue Date means (A) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (including any Notes issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option by the Initial Purchasers), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, the later of (i) the Issue Date and (ii) the last date any Notes are originally issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option; and (B) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to Section 2.03(B), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, either (i) the later of (x) the date such Notes are originally issued and (y) the last date any Notes are originally issued as part of the same offering pursuant to the exercise of an option granted to the initial purchaser(s) of such Notes to purchase additional Notes; or (ii) such other date as is specified in an Officer’s Certificate delivered to the Trustee before the original issuance of such Notes.
