Issuance Document definition

Issuance Document means, in relation to any Series or Tranche of Notes, the Pricing Supplement relating to such Notes or, if such Notes are to be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, the Listing Document relating to such Notes;
Issuance Document means: (a) Syariah Ijarah Bond Trustee Agreement; (b) Syariah Ijarah Bond Underwriting Agreement; (c) Paying Agent Agreement; (d) Agreement on the Registration of the Syariah Ijarah Bond with the KSEI; (e) Preliminary Agreement to List the Securities between the Issuer and the Stock Exchange to list the Syariah Ijarah Bond on the Stock Exchange; Translated from Bahasa Indonesia to English 18 along with the entire amendment, supplement and renewal and other documents required by the authorized institution.
Issuance Document means: (a) Trustee Agreement; (b) Acknowledgement of Indebtedness; (c) Bond Underwriting Agreement; (d) Paying Agent Agreement; (e) Agreement on the Registration of the Bond with the KSEI; (f) Preliminary Agreement to List the Securities between the Issuer and the Stock Exchange to list the Bond on the Stock Exchange; along with the entire amendment, supplement and renewal and other documents required by the authorized institution.

  • If specified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms or Series Terms of a Series Issuance Document, the Issuer will enter into a Credit Support Annex with the Swap Counterparty in respect of a Series of Instruments.

  • If the relevant Issuance Document specifies that the Interest Rate will be linked to an index or indices, the Interest Rate applicable to the Notes for each Interest Period will be determined in the manner specified in the relevant Issuance Document.

  • If any Maximum Interest Rate or Minimum Interest Rate is specified in the relevant Issuance Document, then the Interest Rate shall in no event be greater than the maximum or be less than the minimum so specified.

  • The Issuance Document in respect of each Series of Dual Currency Notes shall specify the currency in which each payment in respect of the relevant Notes shall be made, the terms relating to any option relating to the currency in which any payment is to be made and the basis for calculating the amount of any relevant payment and the manner of payment thereof.
