Issuer Consent definition
Issuer Consent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a) hereof.
Issuer Consent mean, respectively, a written request, order or consent signed in the name of the Issuer by its Managing Beneficiary or Issuer Trustee and delivered to the Trustee.
