Issuer Shareholder definition

Issuer Shareholder means the legal and beneficial owner of 100% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Issuer Shareholder means a registered holder of Issuer Shares, from time to time. (kk) "Issuer Shares" means, collectively, the Common Shares, SV Shares and MV Shares.

  • Transferring Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
