For the purposes of effecting a sale, the Company may, in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, move the Shares from a CHESS holding to an Issuer Sponsored Holding or into certificated form.
Issuer Sponsored Holding means a holding of Magma Shares on Magma’s issuer sponsored sub-register.
