IT Governance definition

IT Governance means the actions the relevant bodies within a firm take to fulfil their roles to design and implement appropriate IT policies and strong operational IT risk management to ensure that the firm is not vulnerable to reasonably foreseeable IT risks.
IT Governance means the assessment, review, and preparation of business processes and technology to uphold security of critical data and confidential information, and to ensure sustainability in the face of unknown threats.
