IT Provider definition

IT Provider has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(h).
IT Provider means the entity providing the Information Technology (IT) solution related to eCMR. This includes information technology companies, the sender, the carrier the receiver and anybody else interested in providing such IT solutions;

  • Provider shall comply with all laws applicable to Provider in its role as a Managed IT Provider.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Provider shall comply with all laws applicable to Provider in its role as a Managed IT Provider.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ IT Provider shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any of the content of the Services.

  • However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may, without Subscriber’s consent, assign the Agreement or any rights granted in the Agreement, in whole or part, either (a) to an affiliate; (b) in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or an affiliates’ sale of a division, product or service; (c) in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition or divestiture of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or of the CN service in whole or in part, or any similar business transaction, including IT Provider.

Related to IT Provider

  • Credit Provider means a Person providing Credit Link Documents, in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, of the obligations of an Investor to make Capital Contributions.

  • Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.

  • Contract Provider means any Person or any employee, agent or subcontractor of such Person who provides professional health care services under or pursuant to any contract with any Consolidated Party.

  • Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
