IT Provider definition

IT Provider has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(i).
IT Provider means any entity while under a written agreement with the Insured Organisation to provide it with:
IT Provider means any provider that the Insured Organisation does not own, operate or control that provides information technology services for the Insured Organisation pursuant to a written contract, including web hosting, software, platform and infrastructure as a service, electronic data storage or backup services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxxxxx’x IT Provider shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any of the content of the Services.


More Definitions of IT Provider

IT Provider means the entity providing the IT solution related to eCMR. This includes information technology companies, the sender, the carrier the receiver and anybody else interested in providing such IT solutions.

Related to IT Provider

  • Credit Provider means a Person providing a guaranty, or other credit support, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, of the obligations of an Included Investor to make Investor Capital Contributions.
