Subject to clauses 41 [Personal and Protected Information] and 47 [Access to premises and records], the Provider must ensure that copying of, use of, and access to, Participant Services Records, is restricted to Personnel directly assisting the Provider with the provision of Services to a Participant or to any Third Party IT Provider.

For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ IT Provider shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any of the content of the Services.
