IT Security Services. DivergeIT shall use its best efforts to recover from a security breach, provided that those systems are protected with a currently licensed, vendor-supported, security solution. IT System Monitoring: DivergeIT will provide ongoing monitoring services for devices per the systems report to be reviewed with Customer as needed. Should a problem be discovered during monitoring, DivergeIT shall make every attempt to rectify the condition in a timely manner during service hours through whatever means available. Monitoring Services will be provided twenty-four (24) hours per day year-round. Resolution of monitoring alerts will be provided during service hours.

  • Security Services means, a systemic approach to managing an organisation’s security needs as per specifications, terms and conditions stipulated under the contract, the organisation in this case refers to Medical Colleges/ Hospitals

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-
