Italian Originator definition

Italian Originator means any of (i) Tioxide Europe S.r.l., (ii) Huntsman Surface Sciences Italia S.r.l., (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ S.r.l. and (iv) after the Italian Effective Date, any Approved Originator incorporated in Italy, as the foregoing may be modified by the Italian Effective Date Letter.
