ITC Transaction definition
ITC Transaction means the series of transactions undertaken in connection with the disposition of the Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ transmission business, as described in the Borrower’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed December 6, 2011.
ITC Transaction means the Company’s planned spin-off and merger of its Electric Transmission Business with a subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp.
