ITO Rules definition

ITO Rules means the Income Tax Rules (Tax Benefits in Share Issuance to Employees) 5763-2003.
ITO Rules means the Income Tax Rules (Tax Benefits in Share Issuance to Employees) 5763-2003 as may be amended from time to time.
ITO Rules means the Income Tax Rules (Tax Benefits in Share Issuance to Employees) 5763-2003. “Non-Trustee Grant” means an Award granted under this Sub-Plan to an Eligible 102 Participant pursuantto Section 102(c) of the ITO and not held in trust by a Trustee.

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Income Tax Act providing for a tax on certain income earned by a “SIFT trust” or “SIFT partnership” as those terms are defined in the Income Tax Act.

  • Rules means the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Rules, 2018 made under the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017;
