ITT Document definition

ITT Document means, in respect of a particular Qualifying Project, the document, which will be made available to each Qualifying Bidder invited to submit a Bid for that Qualifying Project and which sets out the rules and requirements of the ITT Stage;

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument that is specified as such in this Agreement.

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.
