ITT Industries definition

ITT Industries means (i) ITT Industries, Inc., an Indiana corporation and the legal successor to ITT, or (ii) ITT, after giving effect to the transactions contemplated by Section 2.01 hereof or as if such transactions had occurred, in each case as the context requires.
