This Agreement between ITVS, ITV Network, STV, the PMA and the WGGB may be terminated by any party on giving 6 months‟ written notice of termination to the others, no such notice to be given prior to 1st June 2010.

The obligations, rights and remedies of the Parties set forth in Sections 2(c), 3(d), 4, 5, 7, 8, and 12, as well as obligations, rights and remedies of the Parties under the terms of any agreement with any ITV Network, shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Z4P shall be responsible for the integration of the Adapted Applications with the Z4P Platforms for ITV with each ITV Network Operator.
