Janitorial Products. So long as there is no labor disharmony as a result thereof, Tenant, at its option, shall have the right to require its products be used in any bathrooms of the Building that are for the exclusive use of Tenant; provided, however, Tenant shall furnish the stock of supplies to Landlord’s janitorial vendor at no additional cost and Tenant shall be responsible for any increased costs (including any costs charged by Landlord’s janitorial vendor) as a result of the use of such Tenant’s products.
