Examples of JDP Process Node in a sentence

  • Upon the completion of the transfer to the Joint Venture Company of each Primary Process Node that is a JDP Process Node [***], as such completion is defined in the applicable Process SOW or otherwise agreed by Micron and NTC, the Joint Venture Company shall pay to each of Micron and NTC an amount [***].
