Jersey Effective Date definition
Jersey Effective Date means the time and date on which the Jersey Scheme becomes operative in accordance with its terms;
Jersey Effective Date means the time and date on which the transfer pursuant to the Jersey Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms;
