Jersey Security Law definition

Jersey Security Law has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.1 (Trust Property) of the Funding Deed of Charge;
Jersey Security Law means the Security Interests (Jersey) Law 2012; and
Jersey Security Law means the Security Interests (Jersey) Law 1983;

  • Nothing in this Agreement will create, or be deemed to create, a security interest for the purposes of Article 10 of the Jersey Security Law.
