JetFax Deliverables definition

JetFax Deliverables means, collectively or individually, JetFax developed Electronics, Software, Hardware Designs and the ▇▇▇▇ of Materials and Source List. A more detailed description of the JetFax Deliverables is set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

JetFax Deliverables means those items described in the Software description section listed in Exhibit A ("HP Product Technical System Specifications") that JetFax shall deliver to HP pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to, the HP Exclusive Features listed in Exhibit D ("HP Exclusive Features"), and the JetFax Software and Updates.

Examples of JetFax Deliverables in a sentence

  • JetFax further agrees to use its reasonable efforts to provide design services with respect to the JetFax Deliverables, after such 24 month period, if necessary in conjunction with any changes required by jurisdictions in which agency approvals have been obtained during such 24 month period.
