Job Duties for the Restricted Shareholder are those job duties the Restricted Shareholder performed for the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, as well as those duties as may from time-to-time reasonably be prescribed by the Company during the period of the Restricted Shareholder's employment with the Company.
Job Duties for the Optionee are those job duties the Optionee performed for the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, as well as those duties as may from time-to-time reasonably be prescribed by the Company during the period of the Optionee’s employment with the Company.
Job Duties means the following: Employee is employed in the position of Senior Vice President for the Company’s Western Region, which consists of various Company-owned and/or operated radio station clusters in the Western United States as determined by the Company’s Co-Chief Operating Officer (each a “Cluster” and collectively the “Region”), with job duties consisting of: (i) guiding the overall operation of the Region and the Region’s financial-performance responsibilities, including but not limited to achieving revenue and BCF goals, for the Region and managing the Region’s costs of sales; (ii) overseeing the sales activities and customer relations for the Region, including management of the Region’s market managers and sales managers; (iii) overseeing the Region’s General and Administrative, Programming and Promotions Departments and their respective staffs; and (vi) representing the Company to the local advertising community and the listening community for the Region. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee shall be reasonably available to attend staff meetings and conferences all as directed by Company management. Employee agrees that Employee has been assigned and will carry out these Job Duties on behalf of the Company.

You covenant and agree that, during the term of your employment with the Company and for twelve (12) months after the termination thereof, regardless of the reason for the employment termination, you will not, directly or indirectly, anywhere in the Territory, on behalf of any Competitive Business perform the same or substantially the same Job Duties.
Such bases may include, without limitation, the achievement of performance criteria/goals relating to Employee, the various Job Duties of Employee, and/or the performance of the Company as a whole, as such criteria and goals are determined each year in good faith by the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Duties means the work to be performed by Vendor’s Temporary Housekeeping Staff, as listed on the attached Exhibit B.

In addition, Employee shall be responsible for the successful implementation of certain company-wide initiatives that are assigned to him by his supervisor, that are intended to support and enhance the Company’s revenue-generating efforts. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee shall be reasonably available to attend staff meetings and conferences all as directed by Company management. Employee agrees that he has been assigned and will carry out these Job Duties on behalf of the Company.

Job Duties means the following:
1.5.1 As President of Westwood Division (the “Division”), Executive will lead the overall strategy and execution of the network and national sales and operations for the Company and other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or other designated officer.
1.5.2 As Executive Vice President, Corporate Marketing, with the oversight from the CEO, will lead the development and execution of the Company’s marketing function to increase overall Company revenues and other duties related to the Company’s marketing efforts as reasonably assigned by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or other designated officer.
1.5.3 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Executive shall be reasonably available to attend staff meetings and conferences all as directed by Company management. Executive agrees that he has been assigned and will carry out these Job Duties on behalf of the Company.
Job Duties. All employees have filled out a job description sheet that included the. physical requirements of their job. These be used by the employee’s doctor and the committee, to determine what activities employees will be capable of performing upon their return to work. Essential duties will be established for each job description and this will be the starting point to determine whether injured employees can perform their regular duties or not. Each employee in the program will be assessed on an ongoing basis and the Resources Manager will be in touch with the employee’s doctor for information and direction.
