Examples of Duties and Charges in a sentence
Shares will be issued for a price to be satisfied in cash or in kind, together with any applicable Duties and Charges.
The capital return and income of each Fund are based on the capital appreciation and income on the securities it holds, less expenses incurred and any relevant Duties and Charges.
After the initial issue, Shares will be issued and redeemed at the Net Asset Value per Share plus or minus Duties and Charges (as the case may be).
Shareholders may request the Company to redeem their Shares in a Portfolio on and with effect from any Dealing Day at a price based on the Net Asset Value per Share on such Dealing Day (subject to such adjustments, if any, as may be specified in respect of any Portfolio including, without limitation, any adjustment required for Duties and Charges) in accordance with the redemption dealing procedures specified below.
