Job Outcome definition

Job Outcome means: the job outcome date is after the Job Start Date; the Job Start Date occurs before the Completion Date; a Claimant has been employed and Off-Benefit for 26 out of 30 weeks; and the Prime Contractor has recorded the job outcome details on the Contracting Body’s prescribed IT or clerical system

Examples of Job Outcome in a sentence

  • The evidence required for the payment of a Job Outcome Payment is detailed at Part 6 of the Provider Guidance.

  • A Job Outcome Sustainment Payment may be claimed for Employment of at least sixteen (16) hours per week with one or more employers that is sustained for at least thirteen (13) weeks in the twenty six (26) week period beginning on the first day of Employment.

  • The evidence required for the payment of a Self Employment Job Outcome Payment is detailed at Part 6 of the Provider Guidance.

  • SCHEDULE 4 – P(b) Where a signed statement cannot be obtained from the employer i.e. where the employer refuses to provide information or where the Claimant has not signed/refuses to sign a declaration authorising the passing of information, alternative evidence is required to support Job Outcome Sustainment Payments.

  • A Job Outcome is defined as at least 16 hours per week, expected to last for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks and resulting in an off flow from benefits.

  • Appendix B – KPI/Contract Performance Targets Central England Group expects that this provision will achieve a minimum of : -  at least 75% of suitable claimants will have passed and gained a LGV Category C,  at least 90% of claimants who have gained their LGV Category C to have secured sustained employment on completion of the training and work experience (see 8.2 for definition of a Job Outcome).
