Johnson Concrete means Johnson Concrete Company, Inc. and Frances H. Johnson and Charles B. Newsome and any lineal descendants of each of them and any spouse, parent and any trust established for the benefit of any of the foregoing individuals so long as such trust is controlled directly or indirectly by one of the foregoing persons.
