JOINT ALLOTTEES. [Pg. 51 of Annexure-A]
JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purpose to consider as property served on all the Allottee.
JOINT ALLOTTEES. In case there are joint Purchasers all communications shall be sent by the Developer to the Purchasers whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/it which shall for all intents and purposes to considered as properly served on all the Purchasers.

Examples of JOINT ALLOTTEES in a sentence

  • JOINT ALLOTTEES: That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees.
