Joint Approval means an authorization made by the Account Owner and the Survivor together. Accounts established on or after February 1, 2009 and Accounts where the Account Owner and Survivor irrevocably elected to have the Account subject to such requirements, require Joint Approval.

  • Development approval means a document from a governmental entity which authorizes the commencement of a development.
